       healthy-own.blogspot.com - Chocolate has been very popular as snacks are delicious eaten. But it also has a variety of benefits to nourish. It is late proven to help prevent dementia and restore memory loss.

       A study published in the journal Nature Neuroscience stated that chocolate may improve memory in older adults who drank chocolate drink rich in anti-oxidants. The content of anti-oxidants found in chocolate can make a person's memory and prevent dementia increases if consumed regularly.

      Flavanol antioxidants contained in chocolate may improve memory function in the brain with blood flow, especially on the part of the brain that stores memory.

      After doing research on 37 older adults aged between 50-69 years, we concluded that regularly eating chocolate drinks are rich in anti-oxidants can improve their memory.
