     As quoted from fitday.com, eating too much red meat, especially meat that have high-fat and processed meats may increase the risk of chronic disease on the body. In a study, it was found that red meat has a close relationship cause the occurrence of heart disease.

           This is caused by high saturated fats in red meats such as goat and cattle that can increase blood cholesterol and risk of heart disease. But of course, if you choose to eat meat without fat will be healthier because it reduces the risk of chronic disease.

       A wide variety of processed meats such as corned beef, frozen meat, sausages, nuggets and others should be avoided as it has more saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Red meat can still be consumed has a lot of protein, but be limited portions.
