      Rice contains a substance that can be digested and are also resistant. If you cook the rice in the right way then you do not have to worry about your weight will increase after eating rice. The following is the correct and healthy way to cook rice so as not to create more body fat.

How to cook:


  1. Prepare a ceramic pot and cook two cups water to boil.
  2. Add 2.5 teaspoons of coconut oil and cook for one minute.
  3. Add a glass of white rice into the water.
  4. Reduce the heat and cook the rice for 30 minutes.
  5. Once cool in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  6. After that rice can be consumed.
