Our bodies fulfill various kinds of vitamins and minerals to the body so that the organs can function properly. But often many people confuse what foods should be eaten and many contain certain vitamins or minerals, such as vitamin B.

As you know, that vitamin B has many variants, such as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. There are so many benefits of vitamin B in the body. Well, how to meet any of the B vitamins every day?

Vitamin B1: wheat, corn and beans basil
Vitamin B2: oats, corn and grain mixture (muesli)
Vitamin B3: corn, peanuts, boiled shrimp, turkey, chicken and lean
